Refund & Returns

If you have any problem with any order, please email us with your request. Please quote your order number.

All returns, refunds & exchanges must be requested within 7 days upon receipt of your order.

We will assess the situation and if we are able to process an exchange or refund, we will send you a Returns Form to complete and send back with your package.

R E T U R N S

All packaging and products must be returned in their original condition for re-sale. You will receive a full credit for the value of the items, excluding packaging.  The value will be decided upon by Mamayaya and credited upon receipt of the goods.

E X C H A N G E S

If we can exchange an item, all return costs are to be paid by the person returning the item. We will cover the cost of postage to send your new item. We recommend using a tracked option to post your return as we do not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit.

D A M A G E D G O O D S

If a product is damaged or lost when you receive your package, we will replace it for you or give you a refund should a replacement not be available to you.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please do not return any items to us unless we have sent you a confirmation email and a returns form.

C O N D I T I O N S

• If product is unavailable at time of shipping, we will process a refund to the purchaser.

• This returns policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

• Certain products cannot be returned or refunded including food products (i.e. biscuit mixes, teas).

• Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
